Ordering books
How are books printed and shipped?
Each print book is made to order. Printing takes a few business days, then your book ships to you with tracking.
How do I track my order?
You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your book leaves the printer.
Where is my eBook after purchase?
Your download link appears right after checkout, in your email receipt, and in your account under Downloads.
Returns and refunds
What is the refund policy?
The full policy lives at Refund & Return Policy. Start there, and write to team@lifechangingwisdom.com if your order arrived damaged or wrong. We make it right.
Publishing with us
I am an author. How do I publish here?
Start at Publish Here. You create an author account, upload your manuscript and cover, and our review team walks it through to your storefront.
Can co-authors share royalties?
Yes. A book can carry several co-authors, each with a set percentage, and each sale records each author’s share.
Account and payments
Is my payment secure?
Payments run through Stripe, a leading payment processor. Your card details go to Stripe, not to our servers.
How do I create an account?
Go to lifechangingwisdom.com/my-account/ and register with your email address. Password resets work for existing accounts from the same page.
