Where can I check my order?
Sign in to My Account, open Orders, and choose the order. If tracking has been added, it will appear with the order.
What should I send if my order has not arrived?
Email the team with your order number and the name used for shipping. If tracking is shown, include its latest update.
Refunds and returns
Read the policy, then tell the team what happened before mailing anything back.
How do I ask for a refund or return?
Read the Refund and Return Policy. Then email support with your order number and the reason for your request.
What if the wrong item arrived?
Send the team your order number and a clear photo of what arrived. The team will review it and tell you the next step.

Sign in to My Account and open Downloads. Use the same email address that was used for the purchase.
What if the download will not open?
